Therefore, the oil extraction defoamer must be added before the vacuum tower enters the water. Crude oil is concentrated through the pipelines of each well, and after preliminary processing such as oil and gas separation, demulsification and dehydration, etc., it is then transported out, and many of them need to use defoamers. In oil and gas separation, due to the fast flow rate, if the foam in the crude oil is relatively stable, it is often too late to separate, reducing the capacity of the separator.
Coking is the simplest process in petroleum cracking. Residual oil,
wax-based oil and residual oil are processed through deep processing to improve the yield of light oil. The resulting distillates can be used as fuel oil after refining. A large amount of foam is generated in the coking process to reduce the utilization rate of the equipment and affect the progress of the process.
All the above processes have harmful foams, some are produced by low boiling materials, and some are produced by added additives. The production of foam has a great impact on oil quality, equipment operation efficiency, output, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to add an oil extraction defoamer.
